Difference between 'Fear' and 'Respect'

Talking about the difference between fear and respect, if a person has respect towards something than he have fear too but if a person has fear towards something than there may be absence of respect toward that thing. Fear is recognition that someone or something has potential to harm.  A feared person wear a mask of respect towards his fear. Fear is gained by force but respect, you have to earn it and to earn respect you should able to give respect too. Fear supports violence but Respect is non-violence.  You can relate respect with love and fear with hate.

Difference between Arrogance and Confidence

Although confidence person and arrogant person both believes that they have strength in certain area but they are totally different in behavior. A confidence person always understand and respect others talent and knowledge but arrogant person always underestimate others knowledge and try to put them forward. An arrogant person seems to neglect their weakness and focus only on their strength area because they can’t overcome from their weakness but confidence person accept their weakness and try to overcome. In some cases an arrogant person may have more skill than a confident person, but the confident person will tend to wield whatever abilities they have with more calm control than an arrogant person can.  An arrogant person try to hide their weakness of which they are ashamed. An arrogant person try to prove them right and others wrong. An arrogant person always believe that they are always right and don’t listen to others. Every comment an arrogant person receive, they take it negatively but confident person take the comments of others positively and try to implements it.
